We exclusively provide services to individuals enrolled in the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP). These include support such as companion care, community participation, skill-building, and assistance with activities of daily living as outlined in each participant’s Individual Support Plan (ISP).

Our services are available to individuals enrolled in the ODP waiver programs, including the Consolidated, P/FDS, and Community Living waivers. If you’re unsure about eligibility, your Supports Coordinator can assist you in determining if our services are a fit.

Absolutely. All team members are trained in ODP-compliant care practices, person-centered support, and disability awareness. We also conduct background checks and provide ongoing training to ensure compassionate, informed care.

If you are enrolled in any waiver support, please contact your Supports Coordinator and request Charlie’s Angels Home Care Services as your provider. We’ll work with your SC to receive the proper authorization and begin services as outlined in your ISP.

Yes. All service changes are coordinated through the individual’s Supports Coordinator. If needs evolve, we’ll work with the SC to update the individual’s ISP and ensure services continue to reflect their goals and preferences.

Yes, we are an approved provider through Pennsylvania’s Office of Developmental Programs and fully compliant with state licensing and regulatory requirements.

Services are funded through ODP waiver programs. We do not accept private pay or insurance for ODP services. All billing and authorizations are handled through your Supports Coordinator and ODP systems.

Yes, we offer support seven days a week, including holidays, based on the needs outlined in your ISP.
